Instantaneous Characteristics Test System for Serv Motor

Features:
1.By low inertia and fsst RC time constant of the dynamometer, by high speed capturing of AG38 controller, System can do the instantaneous characteristic test for serv motor.
2. System can test motor's efficiency, dirver's efficiency and the whole efficiency.
3. By digital PID adjustment, system can run constant load(torque, current or powerin), and once the load be set, it will be automatically stable in 2~3seconds without any outside adjusting by hand.
4. System can do the instantaneous characteristic test of motor staring with or without load , running with sudden changing load , and draw out the t=f(U,I,M,n) curve,
5. Automatically do serv motor performance test in 0~1200 sec, and draw out the motor characteristic curve M=f(U, I, W, n, P,η,cosΦ).
6. Do the test automatically or by hand, automatically save record during test, and data print.
7. After 30~40mins constant load(set by user), user can do temperature-rise test by AGR4 Resistance Test Equipment, and automatically get the result by corresponding sofware.
