Features:
1.Temperature rise& durability test for electric mower, suitable for all kinds mowers and vertical power/garden tools.
2.Aluminum alloy table, stand-up dynamometer, with locking equipment.
3.Movable Electrically magnetic cupula fixture, with up-down placement of dynamometer, can easily adjust the concentric degree of both part.
4.install and test conveniently and precisely, avoiding hard work.
5.User can control Power tools' Torque, Current, Powerin, Speed in the test, and each cycle can be set 10 test steps maximumly, each step can be set 0~6000 second(need software).
6.By digital PID adjustment, system can run constant load(torque, current or powerin), and once the load be set, it will be automatically stable in 2~3seconds without any outside adjusting by hand.
7. Real-time show the curve during the test, user can easily see the process of loading(current, voltage, torque via time)
8. Automatically save record during test, saving interval can be set freely.
9. Automatically test without any person to supervise, system can automatically stop and alarm by setting alarm value for current, speed or torque.
10.Test of motor characteristic curve M=f(U, I, W, n, P,η, cosΦ) and data printing.(optional)
