Durability Test System for DC Drill

|
System can be used for FFU TEST and LOAD LIFE TEST of DC drill, which meets nearly all kinds of Durability Test criterion in different areas.
Features:
1.User can control DC Drill's Torque, Current in the test, and each cycle can be set 10 test steps maximumly, each step can be set 0~999 second.
2. By digital PID adjustment, system can run constant load(torque, or current), and once the load be set, it will be automatically stable in 2~3seconds without any outside adjusting by hand.
3. Real-time show the curve during the test, user can easily see the process of loading(current, voltage, torque via time)
4. Automatically save record during test, saving interval can be set freely.
5. Automatically test without any person to supervise, system can automatically stop and alarm by setting alarm value for current, speed or torque.

Air switch is optional for cooling in the test (optional).

Auto control for mechanical swith of DC drill in the test (optional).
