System is used for Quick Pass/Fail Test for the whole fan.
Features:
1. System can test fan's speed and current.
2. Automatically alarm fan speed(High and Low), current for unacceptable range.
3. Quick fixing: pneumatic or mechanical fixture to improve testing speed.
4. Testing step: 2~3 sets/ min.
5. High accuracy: Electric Value: ±0.5% ±1 digit. Torque: ±0.5%(Full scale) ±1digit. Speed: ±0.1 % ±1 digit.
6. Store each setting for different kind of motor and test the motor according the relevant settings
7. Insulation-resisted and high voltage-resisted safety testing for the motor, alarm on the fail. (Optional)
8. Motor database: selected by serial number, model, date, etc. Automatically review testing data.
9. System can test the brush or brushless DC fan.
