Below is some of the requirments about the sunroof motor, customer can choose one or some of them. |

Features:
1. Automatically do quick Pass/Fail Test: continuous loading test(CW and CCW) in 0~20 sec. draw out real-time M=f (I, n) characteristic curve from no-load to stall at 50~100 points/sec capturing speed.
2. Automatically alarm out of the limit: preset the upper limit of current and upper-lower limit of rev, system can automatically distinguish and alarm the unacceptable value.
3. Quick fixing: pneumatic or mechanical fixture to improve testing speed.
4. Testing step: 2~3 sets/ min.
5. High accuracy: Electric Value: ±0.5% ±1 digit. Torque: ±0.5%(Full scale) ±1digit. Speed: ±0.1 % ±1 digit.
6. Insulation-resisted and high voltage-resisted safety testing for the motor, alarm on the fail. (Optional)
7. Motor database: selected by serial number, model, date, etc. Automatically review testing data and curve.
8. Performance test for motor M=f(U, I, W, n, P,η), automatically print testing report and characteristic curve. (Optional)
