Induction Motor Test System
|
ANGUIME is always in the leading level of the 1-phase or 3-phases induction motor test in domestic. We can test the induction motor from tens of watts to tens of kilowatts. By the continous loading and multi points loading, we can really test the unstable area, stall point of the induction motor, we also can test split speed of the motor with split switch.

Features:
1. System can test the induction motor with or without the split switch.
2. System can test the induction motor's split speed.
3. System can test real stall torque and real unstable area of the induction motor .
4. By digital PID adjustment, system can run constant load(torque, current or powerin), and once the load be set, it will be automatically stable in 2~3seconds without any outside adjusting by hand.
5. Stable strips left-up loading(Multi-point value load), the number of point can be over 10, with loading control of the constant current, torque and constant input power.
6. Continous loading for motor with the split switch test.
7. Automatically do induction motor performance test in 0~120 sec, and draw out the motor characteristic curve M=f(U, I, W, n, P,η,cosΦ).
8. Do the test automatically or by hand, automatically save record during test, and data print.
9. After 30~40mins constant load(set by user), user can do temperature-rise test by AGR4 Resistance Test Equipment, and automatically get the result by corresponding sofware.
